3. Order Cancellations and Changes

Our products are made-to-order, and production begins quickly after your order is placed. Therefore:

Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost Orders: If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local postal office. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
